Approach:

atrify shall enable alignment between Customer’s standard internal source data format, and the format for the required Mapping Service. This Mapping Solution includes the analyzation and transformation of Customer’s internal system format, to align with atrify’s System format.

Ongoing Mapping Management and Maintenance

As of the date on which the Mapping Solution is implemented within the atrify System and made available to Customer, atrify shall ensure that the Mapping Solution is maintained by regularly monitoring and checking operational activities. This Ongoing Mapping Management and Maintenance includes:

Provision of IT resources to monitor and update the Mapping Solution server infrastructure

3rd level support of Customer requests concerning the Mapping Solution

Sharing information about the atrify System and/ or community specific minor releases applicable to the Mapping Solution

Monitoring the Mapping Solution framework and Customer’s customized jobs which shall include but are not limited to validations, timings and workflow.

The Ongoing Mapping Management and Maintenance will not include the GDSN-release updates.

Client Obligations

Customer will make the required resource(s) available to the atrify team for the duration of this Agreement. Typical project resources provided by Customer consist of, but are not limited to the following:

Business Resources

Project Sponsor

Project Manager

Person(s) responsible for on-going GDSN and UDI management

Person(s) responsible for the accuracy of Item data (specifically Item dimensions, configurations)

Person(s) responsible for Item Data Management

IT Resources

Person(s) responsible for IT infrastructure and security

Database administrator(s)

Customer will provide the necessary data and information to the atrify team in an accurate, complete and timely manner. A prerequisite for providing the Services is that the specific industry use case and/or country attribute requirements being assessed are documented and available in atrify’s supported languages.

Customer will have aligned internally on product data location and availability prior to this project.

Scope/Tasks

Objective

The objective of this Agreement is to enable a machine to machine (M2M) integration for the automated exchange of product data between the Customer’s internal system and the atrify System by creating a technology solution to analyze, transform and maintain Customer’s inbound (or outbound) internal system format to align with atrify’s System format. For this purpose, atrify will provide Customer with (i) a Mapping Solution and (ii) Ongoing Mapping Management and Maintenance.
