Overview:
The Core Platform Quality Assurance Validation Service is designed for clients who are in the process of, or have completed, a PowerReviews Core Platform migration without the assistance of the Implementation team. This service is ideal for clients needing their code and implementation validated to ensure everything is set up correctly or for those experiencing issues that need resolution. Our team will conduct pre-launch and post-launch quality assurance to provide you with confidence in your PowerReviews Core Platform setup. This service focuses on standard implementation approaches that adhere to our best practices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Company Obligations:
- During Implementation:
- Conduct testing and validation of your PowerReviews Core Platform setup, dedicating 1 hour to the pre-launch review.
- Provide feedback and recommendations based on pre-launch testing.
- Final Review: We will identify and document any issues or areas of improvement in your setup. Upon completion of client-initiated changes based on our feedback, we will perform one final pre-launch review to ensure all issues have been addressed.
- All other discussions will take place via email.
- Post-Implementation:
- Monitor the performance of the live solution, dedicating 1 hour to the post-launch review.
- Provide feedback and recommendations based on post-launch testing.
- Final Review: We will identify and document any issues or areas of improvement in your live setup. Upon completion of client-initiated changes based on our feedback, we will perform one final review to ensure all issues have been addressed.
- Allocate 30 minutes for a call to discuss feedback and recommendations if requested by the client.
- All other discussions will take place via email.
Exclusions:
- This service only includes the items outlined here and will not include:
- Implementation of new items or services
- Page ID migrations
- Any other tasks not agreed upon prior to contract signature.
Client Obligations
During and Post-Implementation:
- Provide access to your PowerReviews Core Platform setup for testing and validation.
- Implement recommended changes based on our pre-launch feedback.
- Provide necessary data and documentation, such as in-scope items, as required for testing and validation purposes. This includes but is not limited to:
- Review Snippet
- Review Display
- Category Snippets
- Order Feed
- Checkout Beacon
- Review Image Display
- Write-a-Review Forms
- SEO configurations
- API integrations (Display API, Enterprise API, Write API)
- XML configurations (Summary or Complete)
- Monitor the performance of the implemented solution.
- Address and implement changes based on our post-launch feedback and recommendations.

Scope of Quality Assurance Validation Services:
- Pre-launch Quality Assurance:
- Comprehensive Testing: Our team will conduct testing and validation of your PowerReviews Core Platform setup to ensure readiness for launch. We will dedicate 1 hour to this pre-launch review.
- ii. Feedback and Recommendations: We will provide a report with feedback and necessary recommendations for adjustments and improvements to your setup.
- Final Review: We will identify and document any issues or areas of improvement in your setup. Upon completion of client-initiated changes based on our feedback, we will perform one final pre-launch review to ensure all issues have been addressed.
- Post-launch Quality Assurance:
- Performance Monitoring: After your solution has gone live, we will dedicate 1 hour to this post-launch review.
- Feedback and Recommendations: We will provide a report with feedback and necessary recommendations for adjustments and improvements to your live setup.
- Final Review: We will identify and document any issues or areas of improvement in your live setup. Upon completion of client-initiated changes based on our feedback, we will perform one final review to ensure all issues have been addressed.
- Client Call (if requested):
- Discussion: If requested by the client, we will allocate 30 minutes for a call to discuss the feedback and recommendations provided in the pre-launch and post-launch reviews.
