Overview: The Sampling team will provide comprehensive support to Client throughout the implementation of its PowerReviews – Sampling Services. This support will be available from kickoff, through the contract end date listed on the Order Form. Scope of Sampling Services:

Kickoff Call: Company will coordinate a kickoff call with Client to align on objectives, timelines, and requirements.

Status Emails: Company will coordinate regular update emails with Client throughout the Sampling project to track progress and address any emerging needs.

Implementation Support: Company will provide comprehensive support to the Client while strictly adhering to PowerReviews’ best practices. This support encompasses guiding the client through the number of Sampling campaigns specified in the Order Form. Specifically, support includes providing expert guidance and assistance to ensure the successful deployment and configuration of the defined solutions.

Client Obligations

Pre-Implementation:

Complete a Sampling Input Brief outlining all of the necessary campaign details, including product data and targeting parameters.

During Implementation:

Participate in a Sampling Kickoff Call to align on objectives, timelines, and requirements.

Engage in regular email communication with the Company throughout the Sampling project to track progress and address emerging needs. The client will provide tracking information to the Sampling Project Manager after samples have been shipped to the participants.

Post-Launch:

Monitor the performance of the implemented solution.

Provide feedback or issues to the Company.

Scope/Tasks

Pre-Implementation:

Provide Client the Sampling Input Brief template to be completed by the Client.

Collaborate with the Client to establish best practices for Sampling content collection.

During Implementation and Post-Launch:

Build Sampling campaign adhering to the client’s targeting parameters, recruit for and select participants.

Import product data (provided by the client) and configure account properties to collect and syndicate content as outlined in the Sampling Input Brief.

Coordinate with the fulfillment vendor (when applicable) to receive and prepare samples for shipping.

Once recruitment is complete, provide a fulfillment list to the fulfillment vendor or client.

Send review forms to sampling participants to collect UGC, monitor and evaluate the performance of the sampling campaign post-launch.

Communicate any feedback or issues identified during the post-launch phase to the Client for necessary actions.

Provide the Client with end of campaign reporting to summarize the project’s performance.
