Lowe’s Global Data Synchronization Initiative

For Lowe’s, the end goal of the data synchronization process is to synchronize 100% of the product data for every item supplied by a vendor. Lowe’s is executing 98% of all item setup and maintenance via the Global Data Synchronization Network™ (GDSN®), which makes it the only retailer to rely almost exclusively on the GDSN ® for new item setup. Lowe’s is pleased to announce that over one million GTINs synchronized via the GDSN are available in the Product Content Management (PCM) system.

Suppliers already a member of a GDSN certified data pool such as 1WorldSync, can continue to utilize their respective data pools to synchronize their product information with Lowe’s.
