Customer will make the required resource(s) available to the 1WorldSync team for the duration of this Agreement. Typical project resources provided by Customer consist of, but are not limited to the following:
Business Resources
Project Sponsor
Project Manager
Person(s) responsible for on-going GDSN and UDI management
Person(s) responsible for the accuracy of Item data (specifically Item dimensions, configurations)
Person(s) responsible for Item Data Management
IT Resources
Person(s) responsible for IT infrastructure and security
Database administrator(s)
Customer will provide the necessary data and information to the 1WorldSync team in an accurate, complete and timely manner. A prerequisite for providing the Services is that the specific industry use case and/or country attribute requirements being assessed are documented and available in 1WorldSync ’s supported languages.
Customer will have aligned internally on product data location and availability prior to this project.
*DQX Inspection service available for those Customers subscribed already to the DQX (Data Quality Excellence) Germany FMCG Program
**Further discounts will apply for longer Terms than 12 months.
***In addition to the Service Plans, optional individual, fixed-scope Service Products may also be applied upon Customer’s request. Discounts of the standard pricing for such Service Products depend on the Service Package Size subscribed to by Customer.
Customer is entitled to redeem the single components of the selected Service Package at any time within the Term. For the avoidance of doubts: 1WorldSync shall be entitled to payment of the costs set forth in Art. 8 below, even if Customer does not call up the entire Service Package prior to the expiration of the Term.
Only for the Service Package Sizes “Service Plan Gold” and “Service Plan Platinum”, may unused hours be rolled over and redeemed during the subsequent two months until the end of the Term. Thereafter any unused hours will be forfeited.
Any Additional Support will be subject to additional costs, charged in increments of fifteen (15) minutes. Additional Support is to be charged according to the specific Service Package hourly rate, selected.
Objective
The objective of this SOW is to support Customer to meet the requirements of the GDSN attribute profile by providing Customer with (i) detailed supplier attribute analysis to comply with Travel Retail attribute requirements, (ii) a comprehensive data dictionary, and (iii) mapping from Customer attributes to the specific Travel Retail attribute requirements.
The “”Analysis Workshop”” will provide a basic analysis of the current situation and a vision for the future state including an elaboration of a roadmap.
