Complete, correct and efficient capturing of product information in the 1WorldSync data pool.
The Customer’s access is limited to read access, the write rights are held by 1WorldSync GmbH.
The Services are provided in German for the target markets Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Other languages and target markets can be agreed as required and on request.
The Services are based on the standards and the respective applicable implementation guidelines of GS1 Germany.
The Customer Content is transmitted by the Customer via email or via an electronic transmission channel provided by atrify.
The Customer Content shall be provided by the Customer in a complete and error-free manner.
The Customer Content has been provided in complete when atrify has received all the information necessary for the provision of the Service. atrify will confirm completeness to the Customer in writing. Only from this moment is atrify able to start providing the Service. The check for completeness does not include a check for the content accuracy of the Customer Content provided.
The Customer Content was provided with errors in particular when:
Customer Contents are damaged, i.e. if there are visible impairments to the physical product or to the product images that conflict with the agreed coverage;
incorrect Customer Content was sent or images of product pictures/layouts are not legible.
Should 1WorldSync GmbH incur increased expense due to incomplete or incorrect provision of the Customer Content, 1WorldSync GmbH reserves the right, in accordance with the overview of “”Conditions and Services””, to charge separately for the expense incurred as a result.
1WorldSync GmbH shall make the edited Customer Content available to the Customer for the purpose of approval. The Customer Content will only be published in the atrify data pool once it has been approved by the Customer.
The provision of Services by 1WorldSync GmbH shall generally take place within 5-10 working days after conclusion of the Agreement, provided that the Customer fulfils its aforementioned obligations to cooperate.
The aim is to provide data capturing services in the 1WorldSync GmbH data pool. This service includes the collection of product information by experts in 1WorldSync publishing.
The product information can be provided in a freely selectable format, e.g. as an Excel file, as a PDF article passport or as text.
The data capturing service is charged according to the number of GTINs recorded. A GTIN is a unique product ID that identifies not only the item itself, but also its packaging units. In other words, the base article, the carton or the pallet.
The minimum contract term is one year.
