1WorldSync Obligations

Approach:

Customer to categorize Items according to “”active”” and “”inactive””

(Only if GLNs + GTIN’s are to be migrated): Customer to publish all items to 1WorldSync ’s migration GLN

1WorldSync to discontinue the inactive Items (depublication):

-Set expiration date + change_by_refresh

-Release/release article

-Wait 24h

-Check for exceptions (data pool confirmations)

-Wait for CIC and check for status (may take longer than 24).

-De-publish Items successfully synchronized with expiration date- Purge from GS1 Global Registry

(relevant only if off boarding GLN(s) & data migration to other GLN’s): 1WorldSync to depublish active items

(relevant only if off boarding GLN(s) & data migration to other GLN’s): 1WorldSync to offboard GLN(s) from 1WorldSync ´s environment within:

-data pool and

-1WorldSync publishing.

All items with a GDSN, Catalog Item Confirmation (CIC) Review message will be corrected by the Customer.

Client Obligations

Customer will make the required resource(s) available to the 1WorldSync team for the duration of this Service. Typical project resources made available by Customer consist of, but are not limited to the following:

Business Resources

Project Sponsor

Project Manager

Person(s) responsible for on-going UDI management

Person(s) responsible for the accuracy of Item data (specifically Item dimensions, configurations)

Person(s) responsible for Item Data Management

IT Resources

Person(s) responsible for IT infrastructure and security

Database administrator(s)

Customer will provide the necessary data and information to the 1WorldSync team in an accurate, complete and timely manner. A prerequisite for providing the Services is that the specific industry use case and/or country attribute requirements being assessed are documented and available in 1WorldSync ’s supported languages.

Customer will have aligned internally on product data location and availability prior to this project.

Scope/Tasks

Objective:

The objective of this Service is to provide the publishing User-Interface Customer with a GDSN 3.1. data cleansing support service, for addressing the pre-specified GTINs published under the Customers pre-specified GLN(s)

Scope:

1WorldSync shall apply the item discontinuation to the affected items, as highlighted within the Customer provided item list.

Package Specific Rules (XL):

– Hours effort Premium support (Virtual Call Time/Email Support ): up to 8 hrs

– Execution of work: up to 17 hrs

– Project management (e.g. kick-off, project plan)

note: (up to.5000 Items, incl. base and packaging hierarchies), and excluding digital assets/product images)

– Required from Customer in advance of Contract signature (in order to confirm correct Package Size is selected):

1) GTIN list of all Items in publishing to be cleansed (Base, and also all relevant heirarchy package levels)

2) Customer GLN(s) for their relevant publishing instance

– We can offer an additional Packaging Heirarchy level Analysis at the Customers request, for our support to help identify the effected Packaging Heirarchies that include the specified base Item/consumer unit GTIN’s. This would be subject to additional costs according to the additional effort required (the T&M rate below would then appliy).

– If Includes Product Image Depublication: This will require addtional effort, therefore Add additional T&M hours @ 170€ per hour).”
