1WorldSync Obligations

This service provides assistance for DataSource clients that have not been able to setup 1WS Cloud services during the onboarding phase. For requests outside the onboarding phase of 30 days, 1WS will preconfigure DataSource Cloud or the DS API service for the client and ensure that they are able to ingest datasource cloud content correctly.

– The service includes a 1 hour call and 1 hour of technical integratinon

1WorldSync Obligations

The client will have to ensure that:

• a technical person is available to work with 1WS and is responsive
• 1WS has access to the client environment when needed
• Client to potentially create an environment to integrate 1WS service
• Client is responsible to import the data

Scope/Tasks

The initial setup service includes:

• account creation in the 1WS portal
• explication of the various platform moduels and account setup options
• How to call the service
• Explaination of the different arguments used in the call
• Explaniation of the various components returned by the API
