1WorldSync Obligations

DataSource customers are required to periodically clean their catalogs, for seasonal account maintenance and to ensure that TAT is decreased. This service will clean out the skus the client no longer needs in their accounts

This package includes up to 3 accounts/markets.

• The service includes a 30 min call and 1 hour of technical integratinon

Client Obligations

The client will have to ensure that:

• a technical person is available to work with 1WS and is responsive
• 1WS has access to the client environment when needed
• Client to potentially create an environment to integrate 1WS service.

Scope/Tasks

Tasks:

• Deletion of obsolete SKUs, and SKUs that are no longer needed in their catalogs
• Deletion of skus that are “Rejected” if they no longer need these skus, or fee like claiming them
• Deletion of skus in production if they need to increase their TAT and prioritize new upload requests
• Nb. case by case based on client setup.
