1WorldSync Obligations

This service provides assistance for DataSource clients that have not been able to setup the Content Connector during the onboarding phase. For requests outside the onboarding phase of 30 days, 1WS will preconfigure the connector for the client and ensure that they are able to ingest datasource content correctly.

– The service includes a 1 hour call and 1 hour of technical integration

Client Obligations

The client will have to ensure that:

• a technical person is available to work with 1WS and is responsive
• 1WS has access to the client environment when needed
• Client to potentially create an environment to integrate 1WS service
• Supports most common installations below:
• • SQL Server on Windows
  • MySQL on Windows and Linux
  • Oracle on Windows and Linux
  • PostgreSQL on Windows and Linux
  • Microsoft Azure (using SQL Server Settings)
  • MariaDB (using MySQL Settings)

Scope/Tasks

The initial setup service includes:

• Download the latest ContentConnector version
• Update the configuration file according to data components defined in the contract and to the customer’s server and database
• Run the ContentConnector to create the tables in the database
• Run the ContentConnector to process the initial download.zip file
• Ensure the initial file is processed successfully
• Explain the different modes the ContentConnector can run with
• Assist setting up the scheduler to ensure the ContentConnector runs regularly
• Does NOT consider Maintenance after the connector setup.
