Our team helps customers achieve M2M connectivity by seamlessly integrating their systems with Item Management through AS2. This allows them to effortlessly load, link, and publish items using their own database, without the need to directly access Item Management.

Client Obligations

• – Provide a name of a technical person
• – The client must fill out the “1Worldsync Connectivity for New Connection” form in the Community Platform. Click here to access the Form. It’s an AS2 connection linking the client’s system to IM.

Scope/Tasks

1WS PSS task:

1. – Schedule a Kick off call.
2. – Present Project Plan.
3. – Open a ticket with Product Support to setup the AS2 connection.
4. – Testing data loading, linking items, and publish data.
