1WorldSync Obligations
This service will extention the onboarding phase by + 30 days
- Service starts at service activation.
- The client stakeholder will be presented with the tools, workflows typical for the onboarding processes during this extended phase.
- Regular followups, every 10 days, to ensure that the client is using the service, attending the webinars, using the community and is integrated during this phase.
- The service includes a 2 hour calls and 3 hours of technical integratinon
Client Obligations
The client will have to ensure that:
- a technical person is available to work with 1WS and is responsive
- 1WS has access to the client environment when needed
- Client to potentially create an environment to integrate 1WS service.
Scope/Tasks
Tasks:
- New user creations on demand
- 2 demo calls overview on 1WorldSync service platform, how-tos and Q&As
- 2 followup Q&A calls to answer any last questions the user may have on the topics above, upon request.
- The client accounts are checked each 10 days for client usage
