Scope:

4h Training (1 hour: analysis of the current situation and 3 hours Training )

Documentation will be provided following the Training (user guide and presentation as PDF)

Main topics include:

Detailed introduction to the user interface and explanation of the functionalities of the 1WorldSync publishing User Interface

Explanation and recommendations for attribute maintenance and best practices specific to the the customer’s industry

Five steps to publishing Customer product data, using a Customer product as an example (incl. web interface, Item mask, communication process, tasks)

Exemplary creation of a product hierarchy

Detailed presentation of the Excel up- and download function

Optionally, the creation and editing of digital assets can also be covered (a license for the 1WorldSync Digital Asset Management module is required for this)

b) Approach:

– Upon 1WorldSync’s receipt of a written support request from Customer, 1WorldSync will provide Customer with up to four (4) hours of remote guidance and support on the above requirements and topics for a period of eight (8) weeks from the Effective Date (the “”Service Period””)

– Any additional hours within the Service Period and requests for support following conclusion of the Service Period (“Additional Support”) will be subject to additional costs, charged in increments of fifteen (15) minutes. The hourly rate for Additional Support is 200€.

Client Obligations

Customer will make the required resource(s) available to the 1WorldSync team for the duration of this Agreement. Typical project resources provided by Customer consist of, but are not limited to the following:

Project Sponsor

Project Manager

Person(s) responsible for on-going GDSN and UDI management

Person(s) responsible for the accuracy of Item data (specifically Item dimensions, configurations)

Person(s) responsible for Item Data Management

IT Resources:

Person(s) responsible for IT infrastructure and security

Database administrator(s)

Customer will provide the necessary data and information to the 1WorldSync team in an accurate, complete and timely manner. A prerequisite for providing the Services is that the specific industry use case and/or country attribute requirements being assessed are documented and available in 1WorldSync ’s supported languages.

Customer will have aligned internally on product data location and availability prior to this project.

The objective of this SOW is to enable the Customer to engage directly with an 1WorldSync Subject-Matter Expert (SME) during a 4-hour interactive online seminar (“Training”) covering the foundational GDSN-concepts, and use of the 1WorldSync-Datapool.
