Overview: The implementation team will provide comprehensive support to Client throughout the implementation of the PowerReviews Custom Moderation Add On Subscription. This support will be available from kickoff, through the implementation service end date listed on the Order Form.

Company Obligations:

  1. Pre-Implementation:
    1. Provide Client the custom moderation template to be completed by the Client.
    2. Collaborate with the Client to establish Custom Moderation guidelines for content moderation post-implementation, according to the scope of the project.
    3. Coordinate regular Status Calls with the Client throughout the implementation phase to track progress and address emerging needs.
    4. Provide comprehensive support to the Client in implementing the specified solutions, adhering strictly to PowerReviews’ best practices.
  2. Implementation and Post-Implementation:
    1. Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of the setup to ensure readiness for launch.
    2. Share feedback resulting from testing with the Client for necessary changes and improvements.
    3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the implemented solution post-launch.
    4. Communicate any feedback or issues identified during the post-launch phase to the Client for necessary actions.
    5. Conduct follow-up reviews and assessments upon completion of Client-initiated changes, if applicable.

Client Obligations

  1. Pre-Implementation:
    1. Participate in conversations with the Company regarding custom moderation guidelines and provide a completed final version of the guidelines.
    2. Approve and finalize Custom Moderation guidelines before content moderation can commence, if the product is in scope.
  2. During Implementation:
    1. Engage in regular status calls with the Company throughout the implementation phase to track progress and address emerging needs.
  3. Post-Launch:
    1. Continuously monitor the performance of the implemented solution.
    2. Provide feedback or issues to the Company.

Scope/Tasks

Scope of Implementation Services:

  1. Kickoff Call: Company will coordinate a kickoff call with Client within 30 days of contract signature to align on objectives, timelines, and requirements.
  2. Status Calls: Company will coordinate regular update calls with Client throughout the implementation phase to track progress and address any emerging needs.
  3. Implementation Support: Company will provide comprehensive support to the Client in implementing the solutions outlined below, while strictly adhering to PowerReviews’ best practices. This support encompasses guiding the client through the implementation of the products specified in the Order Form. Specifically, support includes providing expert guidance and assistance to ensure the successful deployment and configuration of the defined solutions.
    1. Moderation: Company will collaborate with the Client to establish Moderation guidelines. The Client acknowledges that content moderation by the Company will commence only after the guidelines are approved and finalized.
    2. Pre-launch Quality Assurance: Company will conduct comprehensive testing and validation of the setup to ensure readiness for launch.
    3. Post-launch Quality Assurance: After the solution has gone live, the Company will continue to monitor and evaluate its performance to ensure optimal functionality.
