Overview: The Sampling team will coordinate with third party fulfillment partners (for clients who have elected to purchase Fulfillment Services) to receive, pack and ship samples to BzzAgent sampling campaign participants.

  1. Pre-Implementation:
    1. Provide details of the campaign configuration int the Sampling Input Brief including product details (product name, quantity and UPC), product bundles and safety data sheets (if applicable).
    2. Ship all products to PFC within 30 days of the Sampling Kickoff Call. The Client will notify the Sampling Project Manager when the products have been shipped.
  2. During Implementation:
    1. Engage in regular email communication with the Company throughout the Sampling project to track progress and address emerging needs.
  3. Post-Launch: If incorrect products were delivered to the third party fulfillment center or any products must be returned, it is the brand’s responsibility to provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of the return.

Scope/Tasks

A.Scope of Sampling Services related to Third Party Fulfillment: During the Sampling kickoff call the Sampling Project Manager (SPM) will review the product details with the client. The SPM will prepare an Advanced Shipping Notice and send the document to the fulfillment center. The SPM will share the unique Job Series number and shipping requirements with the client. The SPM will provide a fulfillment list to the third party fulfillment center. After products have been shipped, the third party fulfillment center will share tracking with the SPM which will be uploaded to the Sampling platform and sent to the campaign participants.

B. Status Emails: Company will coordinate regular update emails with Client throughout the implementation phase to track progress and address any emerging needs.
