ContentCast and DataSource Community Update

Exciting new changes are coming to the 1WorldSync customer support experience. On March 25, all ContentCast and DataSource subscribers will gain access to the 1WorldSync Community platform


What is the 1WorldSync Community? 


The 1WorldSync Community provides customers with a single location for all support and training resources, along with peer-to-peer collaboration and knowledge sharing. Logically organized and easily searchable, the Community modernizes the customer experience through proactive interactions and an expansive set of resources. 

Not only will customers find all legacy and new ContentCast & DataSource product updates and support materials to help them navigate 1WorldSync tools, but they will be able to create and manage 1WorldSync support tickets directly via the Community much like the forms they use today.


Next Steps and What to Expect 


ContentCast and DataSource customers will have access starting March 25, 2024. In the applications, customers will see a dropdown under the Support button where they can select either the Community or Legacy support spaces. The first time they log in, they will create a Community Username and accept the terms and conditions. A username should not be the customer’s email address as the Community is a social space. 

This functionality will be present until the legacy platform is discontinued in May 2024. Customers should take the time after March 25 to log into the Community, browse resources and interact with peers or 1WorldSync Product Content experts.
