This Product Description describes the application functionality provided by the PowerReviews Core Platform user-generated content solution (“PwR Core Platform”). It forms part of the Agreement to provide Client with the PwR Core Platform capabilities. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the definitions assigned to them in the Master Services Agreement.

1.Capabilities

PwRs Core Platform provides a comprehensive framework of capabilities designed to enable the collection and display of authentic user-generated content. PwR Core Platform helps support the business practices related to using the power of customer feedback to build trust, drive sales, and improve their products and services.

Key Features:

1. Review Collection: The PwR Core Platform facilitates the collection of product reviews and ratings through various channels such as email, and website integrations. It provides customizable templates and scheduling options for requesting feedback from consumers after they’ve made a purchase or interacted with the product/service.
2. Moderation and Management: The PwR Core Platform offers tools for moderating and managing incoming reviews. This includes features like automated spam detection, content moderation, and the ability to flag or filter reviews based on predefined criteria to ensure authenticity and relevance.
3. Syndication: The PwR Core Platform enables Client to syndicate their reviews across multiple online channels and platforms, including retailer websites, social media, and search engines. This helps to increase the visibility of reviews and reach a wider audience, ultimately driving more traffic and sales.
4. SEO and Rich Snippets: The PwR Core Platform helps Client optimize their review content for search engines by generating rich snippets that enhance the visibility and click-through rates of product pages in search results. This includes displaying star ratings, review counts, and other relevant information directly in search listings.
5. Analytics and Insights: The PwR Core Platform provides analytics and reporting tools to track the performance of reviews and ratings over time. Client can gain valuable insights into consumer sentiment, product performance, and trends, allowing them to make data-driven decisions to improve their offerings and consumer experience.
6. Customization and Integration: The PwR Core Platform offers customization options to match the branding and style of Client’s websites and marketing materials. It also integrates seamlessly with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and other third-party tools, making it easy to incorporate review functionality into existing workflows.

2.Implementation

The PwR Core Platform is implemented through a series of steps tailored to the specific needs and goals of each digital property into which it is integrated.

Implementation steps:

1. Assessment and Planning: The implementation process begins with a thorough assessment of the Client business requirements, current review management processes, and goals. This involves understanding the scope of the project, identifying key stakeholders, and defining success criteria.
2. Integration Setup: Depending on the Client’s existing infrastructure and platforms, integration setup may be required. The PwR Core Platform offers integration with various e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and other third-party tools. Integration setup involves configuring connections between the platform and the Client’s website or application to enable seamless data exchange.
3. Customization and Branding: Client can customize the appearance and functionality of the review interface to align with its branding and user experience requirements. This may include coding to account for colors, fonts, logos, and other visual elements to match the Client’s website or application.
4. Review Collection Configuration: The PwR Core Platform provides tools for configuring the review collection process including: (i) setting up email templates, (ii) defining review request triggers, and (iii) scheduling review campaigns. Client can tailor these settings to its specific needs and preferences to maximize the volume and quality of reviews collected.
5. Moderation and Management: The PwR Core Platform offers moderation and management tools to help Client maintain control over the review content displayed on its website or application. This includes setting up moderation rules, flagging inappropriate content, and responding to consumer reviews in a timely manner.
6. Syndication and SEO Optimization: Client can leverage the PwR Core Platform syndication and SEO optimization features to maximize the visibility and impact of their reviews across various online channels. This involves configuring syndication settings, optimizing review content for search engines, and monitoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
7. Training and Support: Company provides Client access to training and support resources to help Client maximize the use of the functionality within the PwR Core Platform. This includes: documentation, tutorials, and ongoing technical support to address any questions or issues that arise during the implementation process.
8. Testing and Optimization: Once the implementation is complete, Client should conduct thorough testing to ensure that the PwR Core Platform is configured and functioning correctly. This may involve testing different review collection strategies, monitoring user feedback, and making iterative changes to the configuration based on performance data.

3.Requirements

Implementation support is required for utilization of PwR Core Platform. This implementation work shall be set forth in a separate Statement of Work with Company, and may include additional fees.
