This Product Description describes the application functionality provided by the PowerReviews Syndication solution (“PwR Syndication”). This Product Description forms part of the Agreement to provide Client PwR Syndication capabilities. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the definitions assigned to them in the Master Services Agreement.

1.Capabilities

PwR Syndication enables Client to extend the reach of its consumer reviews by allowing for the distribution of consumer-generated content to third-party retailers and other online channels where potential end customers may be researching products or making purchasing decisions.

Features of PowerReviews Syndication:

1. Expanded Reach: By syndicating review content, businesses can increase the impact of a single review or piece or content. This ensures maximum sales lift, even across retailer sites.
2. Customization and Control: The PwR Core Platform offers tools for moderating and managing incoming reviews. This includes features like automated spam detection, content moderation, and the ability to flag or filter reviews based on predefined criteria to ensure authenticity and relevance.
3. Customization and Control: Businesses have control over which review content is syndicated and where it is displayed. This can ensure your content is only shared to authorized resellers.
4. Analytics: With PowerReviews analytics you can understand the reach of your content, and monitor performance metrics to optimize syndication efforts over time.

2.Implementation

Implementing PwR Syndication typically involves several steps to ensure seamless integration and effective distribution of review content across various online channels. The following is an overview of the implementation process:

1. Account Setup and Configuration: Set up Client account on Company’s PwR Core Platform and configure the Syndication features. This involves providing basic information including Client website URL, product catalog, and branding preferences.
2. Integration with PowerReviews Core Platform (“PwR Core Platform”): If Client has an existing PwR Core Platform Subscription to collect and manage customer reviews, PwR Syndication can be seamlessly integrated with Client’s existing account. This integration ensures that review content is synchronized and up-to-date across all channels.
3. Automated Content Mapping: Company will use product data shared by Client to identify potential brand and product matches automatically.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Company will ensure compliance with syndication channel guidelines, as well as any legal and regulatory requirements and/or guidelines related to online reviews and consumer protection. Company will regularly review and moderate syndicated review content to maintain quality and integrity.

Client can effectively implement PwR Syndication to extend the reach of their review content and maximize its impact across various online channels.

3.Requirements

Implementation support is required for utilization of PwR Syndication. This implementation work shall be set forth in a separate Statement of Work with Company, and may include additional fees.
