Opportunity

Red Gold was using a different PIM solution (Salsify) to manage their product data but found the process to be too manual with no direct connection to their core syndication system. This led to inaccuracies in their data and a significant amount of time wasted for their teams. They sought a better solution.

Solution

Having already been a partner for 15 years, Red Gold turned to 1WorldSync for a more advanced and automated data management and syndication solution. Red Gold implemented 1WorldSync’s PIM solution, the most integrated in the industry, as well as their Digital Catalog.

Results

The introduction of 1WorldSync’s PIM allowed Red Gold to streamline data for its 3,500 GTINs straight from its internal system to 1WorldSync and remove 1,600 obsolete GTINs. This has significantly cut down internal workloads by removing manual entry and increased Red Gold’s data efficiency and accuracy. Not only has Red Gold’s internal process improved, but the customer experience is also significantly better with an average of a 10% increase in satisfaction across customer scorecards from foodservice customers to major retailers, including Walmart.

In addition, Red Gold leverages 1WorldSync’s Digital Catalog for internal audits to make sure they have the best possible content for their teams and their customers.
