Steve is an accomplished leader and experienced software executive with over 30 years of international experience spanning Asia, Europe and the Americas. Prior to joining 1WorldSync, Steve was CEO of Hexagon Production Software, a multinational leader in the Design, Manufacturing and ERP software industry. Before that, he held increasingly senior executive positions in both privately owned and PE-backed businesses. In business, he is passionate about continual improvement in all areas, but especially commercial leadership, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Jeff is a proven finance leader with over 20 years of strategy, planning and accounting management experience. He leads 1WorldSync’s financial strategy and financial controls functions and also holds fiduciary responsibilities as Assistant Secretary. Before being named CFO at 1WorldSync, Jeff served as VP of Finance and held other accounting and financial planning & analysis roles at the company. Prior to joining 1WorldSync, he worked for GE Capital, AFSCME District Council 33 and Corporate Facilities Inc. in various accounting capacities. 

Madan brings a rich set of product and application development expertise to the 1WorldSync engineering team. His experience spans product management, modern software development practices, database and enterprise-grade application design. Prior to joining 1WorldSync, he guided product direction, strategy and development at LANSA, a leading Product Information Management (PIM) provider acquired by 1WorldSync in 2019. A dynamic leader, Madan has a passion for working cross-functionally with 1WorldSync’s pre-sales, support, training and product management teams.

Kathy Lord leads 1WorldSync’s global commercial teams. She has more than 25 years of sales and executive management experience at startups and major software companies including Skilljar, Intacct, Proofpoint, Ariba and Arbor Software/Hyperion. She brings a data driven focus to scaling revenues while creating phenomenal customer journeys. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Eileen is responsible for 1WorldSync’s global human resources and administration. A values-driven leader, she emphasizes the importance of communications and programs that unite 1WorldSync’s employees and offices worldwide. Prior to joining 1WorldSync, Eileen held a variety of global human resources leadership roles in technology and financial services.

Randy is an omnichannel product content expert with over 15 years of industry experience. He leads 1WorldSync’s global product management and solution architecture teams, aligning the company’s portfolio with current customer needs and emerging market trends. A frequent commentator for national and trade media outlets covering retail and ecommerce news, Randy leverages his extensive background in item data and content alignment, e-commerce application development and solution design to guide 1WorldSync’s strategic product roadmap and vision.

Julio is a veteran IT practitioner and leader with over 20 years of experience managing and guiding IT strategy. His areas of expertise span several functions critical to the operation of 1WorldSync’s global technology strategy, including Linux and network administration, information security, systems infrastructure, hybrid cloud computing and business continuity. Prior to 1WorldSync, Julio held senior IT and management roles in the technology, financial services and government sectors.

Chris is a seasoned software executive and expert in managing customer support and services organizations. At 1WorldSync, he draws on his vast experience, using technology, procedure and process to increase efficiency and unite teams. The result for 1WorldSync’s 14,000 global customers is a standard and consistent method for accessing enhanced support services across the entire omnichannel product content platform.

Anthony is responsible for 1WorldSync’s Swogo division. He is a skilled sales and customer success leader, having helped the company expand into 38 countries around the world with brands like Decathlon, SEPHORA, Media Markt and Staples. He joined 1WorldSync upon the acquisition of Swogo in 2022, where he served as the founding CEO for 9 years.

Wellington is a skilled business manager and leader with over 15 years of C-level experience in the tech space. With a passion for growing retailer and supplier relationships, Wellington is responsible for expanding 1WorldSync’s presence in Latin America. He joined 1WorldSync upon the acquisition of Simplus, where he served as CEO. In his personal time, Wellington is a startup investor, mentors young entrepreneurs and supports environmental protection initiatives. 

TJ is a marketing and sales leader with a proven track record of building new and repeat business by intimately understanding the needs, pains and desires of the customer, and mapping each to the company’s unique value. Currently, he leads 1WorldSync’s marketing, communications and customer success teams. Prior to this role, TJ served as Chief Marketing Officer at a leading-edge infrastructure as a Service provider, where he led marketing, inside sales, and customer success functions. Prior to that, TJ led sales and marketing for managed private cloud provider SingleHop, a Battery Ventures-backed company.
